“Hope is the thing with feathers \ That perches in the soul \ And sings the tune without the words
And never stops at all.”

Hope. It’s a four-lettered word that we don’t think too often about when we have it. But when something like depression, anxiety, insomnia, stress, low self-esteem, + similar things begin to creep into our lives… hope becomes a distant memory.
When I went down that path, I lost hope. (Read my story here).
I searched far + wide for stories + inspiration from lovely souls who had walked this path before. But, I found little to none.
Now at a better place in life, I’ve decided to write my story, some facts, tips, + so much more on these topics. My heart is that it’ll be a lamp to the hearts that are drenched in darkness, a warm hug to those who feel alone, a hand to hold along the journey, + a wooly jumper + bright colourful scarf for the people who feel bare + fragile.
Read the posts below; they’re written with you in mind. I’m not in anyway a professional, just a friend who wants to help with sharing some gems I learnt along the way. I hope you enjoy + find some comfort in knowing that you’re not alone.
Use this season to refine, not define you.
You’re beautiful, valuable, + have a life ahead of you full of joy.
Love Bethany, x
